We make phone calls through Freshcaller. We will need to schedule phone call times with patrons who email us as we do not have an active phone line. So we won't be able to give a phone number out.

You can test your connection before making a phone call. Click on the phone icon to make a phone call. You will need to change the country code and then you enter the phone number to call out:



If we can't reach the patron you are calling sometimes they will call our number. We will then receive an email on freshdesk mentioning a number called us. It is most likely the number you just called. You can call them back. If you have troubles reaching the patron, you can email them back and let them know. You can reschedule a new time to call or they will most likely ask you to try again as they stepped out.
