As a Member, they will now receive a 10% discount if they renew early a month before their expiry date.
You need to make sure to select the price options that have 10% on it.
On Agile - Make sure to select Membership -> Members -> Hot Docs Membership
When you are on their account, the membership benefits summary will let you know which price option to renew. If they are upgrading, make sure to choose the new price with the 10%:

We know have LAPSE MEMBERSHIP renewals. If there membership has expired, please renew as a lapse membership.
Example. Please make sure to choose the correct price of lapse renewal: Bronze Regular Lapse Rewal, Bronze 60+ Lapse Renewal etc
