1. Click Maintenance Icon

  2. Search for the order using Order Number. If the Order Number is not handy, search by Last Name. Open the past transaction until you find the one that matches the order information you are looking for.

  3. At the bottom of the screen select the Green Checkmark Icon. Then click the Envelope with an “I”, indicating Send Confirmation Email.

    1. If they were originally “print immediately” tickets:

    2. select the envelope indicating “change delivery method” - change to Print-At-Home/Mobile.

  4. Click Send Print-at-Home/Mobile or Confirmation
