Under the Freedom of Information Act and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA) and the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA), any customer may request to see the account details attributed to them of which we hold. Please use respectful language when writing a note and initial it at the end.

Writing a Note:
  1. Search for the customer or member

  2. Choose the Info icon. Go to the Notes tab

  3. Include the date

  4. Write the note

  5. Initial

  6. Make sure the Operator Notice box is checked, so the note will appear whenever the account is pulled up

  7. Click Apply then OK
    Handling a Note:

  8. Write a message indicating the item has been handled; e.g: 'Done!'

  9. Date and intial as usual

  10. If the item has been processed and is no longer relevant, un-check the Operator Notice
