How to sell passes & packages:
First, ask if they are a Hot Docs Member. If they are not a member and would like to become one, you will need to do two different transactions. Follow instructions for Hot Docs Memberships, complete the payment, and then return to this instruction list.
Assign a Member or Customer account.
Choose the Catalog tab, and then click on 2025 Passes and Packages so that it is highlighted. The different pass/package options will appear in the middle window.
Choose the desired pass or package, and click Add - then Proceed
Confirm the order and proceed to payment.
Confirm the total amount and process the payment
Send confirmation and explain how to redeem if a package. During festival: If they are purchasing a ticket package, they will likely begin to redeem tickets right away.
