Always begin by assigning an account to the order, and asking if they are a member.


To search for a customer or member in AMS:

  1. Select either the Customer or Member icon in the icon bar at the top of the program.

    1. If they are using their package tickets, look them up as a customer

    2. If they are using their member benefits, look them up as a member

  2. Search either by last name or member number if they are a member

  3. Confirm their details using their email and update if necessary.

  4. Select OK


To create a customer account in AMS:

  1. If you have already searched their name and they cannot be found: select Add New and it will autofill the name you searched with.

    1. Add their email and select OK

  2. If you know they have never been a customer - proceed to Add New without searching their name.

    1. Add their information (name & email) and select OK
