Ticketholders can find their voucher codes under My Calendar -> Watch Another Device of the film they are trying to watch:


*Once you click watch on another device, your voucher code will be activated for 48 hours:




When you need to issue new links for a film due to compatibility issues - further trouble shooting. You can go to Cinesend to create a new voucher code (for a new video link) or edit the voucher settings.



Find the film you need to get a new voucher for and go under Voucher -> Grant Voucher. 



 


 


You give link to the landing page and voucher code( for those planning on watching on another device). It is good to give both out:


 


Make sure to edit the voucher code and set an expire date for 48 hours:


 


You may need to further trouble shoot with voucher codes by fixing the settings: turning IP address off or allowing them to watch the movie again after they have "redeemed"
